CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Lisa Toomey

Lisa, a Western Washington University alumnus, joined The REACH as its Chief Executive Officer in January of 2012. Previously, Toomey served as the Special Projects Director for Columbia Basin College. Her work at CBC was instrumental in the redesign and development of their Agriculture program, the Innovation Institute, creation of the Leadership Fellows Program, design of the AAS degree in Agribusiness, support of the Bachelor of Applied Science undergraduate degree, and the creation of Columbia Basin Savory Brands. DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Davin Diaz

Davin has spent his entire career working for non-profits, from an environmental justice organization to museums and archives. He is a member of Class XV of Leadership Tri-Cities and was Co-Project Manager for the class' project, the 341 Mural Project: the Revitalization of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Center in Pasco, WA. Davin sits on the Special Projects Committee of the Columbia Center Rotary Club and is a recent appointee of the Richland City Arts Commission. He holds a B.A. in American History from California State University San Bernardino.

CORPORATE & COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Steven Lee

Steve joined The REACH in October, 2010. A lifelong Washington resident and a native of the Tri-Cities area, Steve brings with him a history of small business and community development. He has worked on numerous projects around the Tri-Cities, working most recently for the Pasco Chamber of Commerce. His talent, initiative, and intelligence make him a tremendous asset to the REACH. Steve is a proud graduate of Leadership Tri-Cities, Class XV.

GRANT WRITER

Doug Hageman

Doug joined the Reach in January, 2011. He previously worked as campaign manager for Jay Clough for Congress. Born in Spokane, Washington, Doug graduated from the American University in Bulgaria with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations in 2008. He received a Master of Laws degree in International Law from the University of Kent's Brussels School of International Studies in 2009.

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Melody Meilleur

Melody is skilled at logistics, setting up new businesses, developing efficient office systems, tracking data, and accounting. The Reach has been the focus of her work since 2003. She has been involved in every aspect of the development of the center to date, including the selection of architects and exhibit designers. This immersion into the project, makes Melody the de facto historian of The REACH. Her past experience in a broad range of industries gives her abundant of knowledge and skills from which to draw. Melody is a life-long resident of the Tri Cities.
